Earn the Registered Customer Service Representative Designation by completing this state-approved program that fulfills the educational requirement for the 4–40 RCSR insurance license. Once you successfully complete the course and final exam, you can exempt the state exam for this license. This credential will also give you an advantage with insurance and financial services company hiring managers. Insurance topics include automobile, property, workers compensation, health, and liability coverage.

An application is required either prior to or with registration. Payment is required the day of registration. Please select one of the two ways to apply and register:

By fax - click on the application above, complete, print and fax to The Insurance Institute at 904.381.3605.  Be sure to add the course reference number from the schedule.  We will call you to complete registration. Please be prepared to pay for the class with a debit or credit card at that time. Online courses will not be accessible until the tuition is paid.

Textbook

A textbook is not required for this online course, but you may choose to purchase one to use as your own personal resource.  The book is The Florida General Lines Agent and Customer Service Representative Study Manual, 18nd Edition. Book prices and editions are subject to change. One may be found at a community college near you or it is available online at Efollett.
