As a full-time employee, you are eligible for tuition reimbursement benefits for College courses for yourself, as well as for your eligible dependents. Additionally, for you as the employee, tuition reimbursement is available for non-College courses, both undergraduate and graduate, and subject to a maximum benefit of $2,500 per fiscal year. Non-College coursework is subject to the approval of your supervising administrator and, in order to receive reimbursement, a grade of “C” or higher for undergraduate work (or “B” or higher for graduate-level work) must be received. Fund II employees are eligible for College coursework only pursuant to Board Rule.
