Office of the Bursar
Cashiering
Cashiering is the point of collection and data entry for all
student fees, accounts receivable and loans payments. Students
may pay online, through TouchTone, by mail, drop box, or in
person. Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card, debit
card or ACH (automatic bank payment) and are recorded within
24 hours of receipt except weekends. VISA, Master Card, American
Express and Discover are accepted.
Students receiving financial aid sufficient to cover 100 percent
of the tuition amount due will have their fees automatically
deferred.
It is the student’s responsibility to drop if unable to
attend a class covered by financial aid.
If tuition is to be paid by a third party sponsor, please submit
an authorized letter of intent to the cashier at the closest
location.
Students may print a receipt at ARTEMIS.
Click on My Finances, My Receipts.
Cashiers also handle petty cash transactions and change transactions
such as employee check cashing.
Cashiers are available at the Martin
Center and in business offices on each campus
and center (see contact information below).
Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
