The responsibilities of this group:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the QEP by ensuring that the entire College is engaged in the review process, data gathering and analysis, and the creation, implementation and data gathering and analysis, and the creation, implementation and evaluation of strategies to improve College services and learning environment as it relates to the eight communities.
  • Ensure that appropriate activities, processes, and resources are in place to monitor the successful implementation and ongoing evaluation of the plan.
  • Provide benchmark reports to the Board of Trustees and engage members of the Board in defining the College’s overall retention strategy.
