2007-08 Outlook

This year the women’s basketball team has some talented and energetic student-athletes. Experience will be a factor with only one returning sophomore. The attitude and work ethic has been excellent and will be important in how well the team performs this season. This year these young ladies seem to be determined to make this a successful season. The team has set their goals high and have been working extremely hard to reach them. With many new players this season, teaching and fine tuning all aspects of their game will enhance the development of team chemistry which is key to team success. When focused, these young ladies show great promise. Academically, the expectations are set very high which will motivate them to be very productive in the classroom. In past experiences, a solid performance in the classroom will be passed on to the court. Our athletes understand that as a team we focus on both academics and athletics.
