2008 FCCJ Summer Volleyball Camps

The FCCJ Summer Volleyball Camps with Head Coach Mary Andrew have been in operation since 1989 and have provided top quality instruction to more than 3,000 players. The emphasis at FCCJ is on quality instruction and playing enjoyment. The camps are designed to meet the needs of many age groups and skill levels. Pick the one best for your camper! All campers receive a free t-shirt!

Deadline and Application

Pee Wee and Little Spikes Camp
Age range of participants:	Boys and girls, ages 5–10
Dates and Times:	Thurs.-Fri., July 10–11, 9 a.m.–noon
Cost:	$65
Details:	This camp will teach the basic movement and ball skills of volleyball.
Junior High/JV Camps
Age range of participants:	For beginning to intermediate players in grades 5 through 9
Dates and Times:	Session 1: Mon.-Wed., July 14–16, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Session 2: Thurs.-Sat., July 17–19, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Cost:	$105 per player for each session
Details:	Campers may bring their own lunch or purchase the special meal ticket for lunch on campus at $5 per day. An exciting and fun camp — free T-shirt included!
JV and Varsity Team Camp with Team Building Sessions
Dates and Times:	Tues.-Thurs., July 22–24, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Cost:	$105 per player per session if registered with a team of six or more players from the same school. $125 per player per session if attending as an individual.
Details:	This camp is designed to teach skills, team strategy and team dynamics through team drills and competition. JV Camp is limited to eight teams. Varsity Camp is limited to 10 teams.
Junior High/JV Position Specialty Camps
Age range of participants:	Boy and girls, ages 12–15 only
Dates and Times:	Session 1: Mon., July 21, 9 a.m.–noon Session 2: Fri., July 25, 9 a.m.–noon
Cost:	$35 per player per session. Players can attend both sessions of Position Specialty Camps for $65 per player.
Details:	Players are taught the special skills in one of the following positions: setter, middle blocker, D/S and libero, or outside hitter.
Varsity Position Specialty Camps
Age range of participants:	Boys and girls, ages 15–18 only. Must have one year of Varsity experience.
Dates and Times:	Session 1: Mon., July 21, 1–4 p.m. Session 2: Fri., July 25, 1–4 p.m.
Cost:	$35 per player per session. Players can attend both sessions of Position Specialty Camps for $65 per player.
Details:	Players are taught the special skills in one of the following positions: setter, middle blocker, D/S and libero, or outside hitter.
