Corporate Training

Florida Community College delivers consultative training services to organizations that demand results from their investment. Our engaging training workshops are for groups of all sizes and the training may be held at your facility or one of our 11 centers.

Florida Community College’s Corporate training is:

Our training seminars and workshops are typically customized for specific client defined objectives. All course training materials may be modified to incorporate your company logos and company specific values and content. Your organization and the FCCJ training consultant will sit down and review course contents prior to development as custom group work, case scenarios and role playing scenarios will be developed.

Assessment services are available to meet both individual performance and organizational effectiveness objectives. Our walk-in center provides convenience for employee or pre-employment testing. Preferred Workskills Certification can assist new hires through probationary periods, improve your firm’s retention and enhance the quality of your workforce. For your added convenience, assessment and certification services are available on each of our main campuses, plus the Urban Resource Center.

IT Leadership Academy

The IT Leadership Academy, hosted by Florida Community College, crafts and delivers curriculum specifically for the development and advancement of information technology leaders. Outdoor Team Building

Take your team outside for a day and really discover new ways to communicate and solve problems — all while building confidence and trust in each other.
