Recipients of the Quality Leadership are Administrators or Professionals nominated by a colleague and selected by a committee of their peers.

They display exceptional professionalism in the workplace, exhibit innovative and resourceful approaches to challenges, inspire exceptional trust are highly motivational, show exceptional project management skills, collaborate with team members, and display a vision that strengthens and advances the goals of the college.
- The award carries a $1,000 honorarium.

Recipients of the Exceptional Service and Initiative Award are also Administrators or Professionals nominated by a colleague and selected by a committee of their peers.

They advance the goals of the college, develop innovative approaches to a challenge, advance the well-being of all employees, develop alternative solutions to a major problem, complete a major college project, and adopt new technologies.

This award also carries a $1,000 honorarium.

The President’s Award was established at the discretion of the President and Cabinet to recognize extraordinary achievement and leadership and is awarded to an Administrator or Professional who exceeds the criteria for both the Quality Leadership Award and the Exceptional Service and Initiative Award.

This award carries a $1,200 honorarium.
