FCCJ Pathways Academy expands registration/information session dates for July and August
Because of the enthusiastic response of prospective students, Pathways Academy, the Florida Community College charter high school specifically for dropouts, is offering six additional registration and information sessions throughout July and into August. Prospective students are invited to attend the sessions at Downtown Campus on any of the following dates. A parent or guardian must attend with the student.

Pathways Academy classes are scheduled to start August 21. Pathways is designed to provide
academic, career, character and life instruction in a simultaneous secondary and postsecondary curriculum.
This program is offered at no cost to students. Comprehensive case-management services,
individualized attention, career development and innovative curricula will lead students on the path to a high-school
diploma and high-wage, high-demand jobs in biotechnology, automotive technology, construction, IT, advanced manufacturing
and finance. Enrollment is limited to 200 students for 2006-2007.
