How do I save the information that I entered on a page?

How much time do I have to complete an application?
You have 45 minutes on each page. If you are on a page for more than 45 minutes, you will time-out.
If I’m only interested in one scholarship, how do I apply?
With the new scholarship Web site, you only need to complete the one online application, and you will be matched to all available scholarships for which you meet the criteria.
Can I return to complete the application later?
Yes. You can log in and out of the application as often as needed up until the application due date. To ensure the data entered is saved, select “Save and Continue” at the bottom of the page you are on before logging out.
What is the best way to complete the essay questions?
We recommend that you log out (following the directions from the answer above), complete your essays in Microsoft Word (or another word processing application). Next, copy your essay from your word processing application using the “Copy” command. Now you will need to log in again to your scholarship application, and use the “Paste” command to paste your essay and continue completing your application.
Can I print a copy of my completed application?
Yes. On the summary page there is a link labeled “Printer-friendly Version.” Select this link to print your application using your Web browser (ex. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
Can I change any answers after completing my application?
No. Once you submit your application, your answers are final.
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my completed e-mail application?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail in your Florida State College at Jacksonville student e-mail account.
Can I remove a reference from an application?
Yes. To remove a reference before you submit your application, you can log in to your scholarship account and withdraw the reference. After withdrawing the reference, add a new reference (if needed) and select “Save and Continue” at the bottom of the page.
To change a reference after submitting your application, please log in to the scholarship Web site. Select “Manage Letters of Recommendation.” Withdraw the reference and add a new one. Select “Save and Return.” The system will send an e-mail to the new reference.
