For centuries, the legal profession has been among the most highly respected career fields in the world. And today there is a wide variety of exciting career opportunities available, ranging from attorney to the many legal support occupations that require only a year or two of higher education. Florida Community College’s Legal Studies Institute offers both degree programs in paralegal studies and continuing education courses for the working professional.

Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice and Corrections — Become a police officer, work in corrections or pursue many other opportunities in the criminal justice field. You have access to all the training you need at Florida Community College’s police academy (the Northeast Regional Criminal Justice Training Center). Degree and certificate programs include:
