OPT 2351 Advanced Clinical Procedures II — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisites: OPT 1110, OPT 1210, OPT 1330, OPT 1150, OPT 2090, OPT 2222, OPT 2223, OPT 2350, OPT 2375, OPT 2375L, OPT 2500, OPT 2800L, OPT 2801L and OPT 2940. Corequisites: OPT 2941 and OPT 2802L. This course is a continuation of Advanced Clinical Procedures I (OPT 2350). Advanced diagnostic testing, including fundus photography, retinal imaging, A-scan biometry, IOL calculations and ophthalmic B-scan will be introduced to the student. Introduction to surgical assisting in minor or surgical procedure is given. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
